It’s stupid insane around here. 5 acre lots in small towns close to the big city selling 10 years ago for 30k are now 200k. Big city money moving into these small towns now so people can get their kids in small schools and expect the same indemnities as the big schools. And so they can make the basketball teams. Lmao.
Win win for the small town, larger tax base and better basketball. |
