Something isn't right. eSet meters will plant any corn seed size at 98-99+ percent singulation faster than one can keep the row unit in the ground. Have planted 60+ pound corn over 6 mph to beat a rain.

Paperclip up?
Singulator unlocked?
Short brush set at angle?
Singulator installed and "springy"?
Vacuum at 20?
Door seals good, soft, pliable, not cracked?
Using 80/20 talc/graphite?
Seed disk hub height set to freewheel?
Seed flow gate to meter set in the correct position?
How many acres on meter and disks?
