That group of young men and women pretty much put that together by themselves. 
Little hick towns have a very hard time attracting decent teachers. I did hear the Superintendent say he was going to get a good band teacher for the upcoming year. I hope he is successful.
Their efforts earned them a "Superior" rating at the state festival.
