Latimer, Iowa (north central) | It’s a Schaffer 9660 telescopic wheel loader. Love the concept of the machine, hate the build quality of it. Telescoping to 20 foot so it easily loads manure spreader, loads over fences great, very useful as a scaffold, and tree work. Has floatation tires and a handy size. Controls are easy enough. Will lift 12,000 lbs. Seems there is constantly some sort of hydraulic leak to fix, all the hoses are metric, cab and seat suck, and just annoying little things all the time. |
