Subject: Preparing for some projects

East Central Arkansas
Have several projects going on around home and it seems just getting ready is as much a job as the job is. Always need a good heavy duty work table around. I know it just looks like a piece of water deck board thrown on some saw horses but have runners screwed to the underside. Real plywood wood have been a better choice but that stuff sure is expensive. Had some 2 x 6 studs I had bought at a estate sale for next to nothing so split them for runners to go under the waver board. Put five across longlasting and capped each end so my edges are strong. Had those steel horses that made the table a good height. Up until the last few years I probably wouldn't have gone to the trouble. Just worked off the tailgate and the ground. Something about getting older I guess.
