Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn.
I have no experience with your Deere 2630 but I would suspect it would be using its own GPS for a speed source. Maybe it uses radar (or the replacement hockey puck) at slow speed?

When a GPS hockey puck style is used with a Raven 440 or the like, it is a replacement for an actual radar gun so like a radar gun it would need to be calibrated.

I would say that if your acres came out about 20% short, the automatic portion of your planter would be running slower than it should and thus you would be planting lighter than you intended
