Hooker Twp,Ne | Well last winter I had an ankle that got totally reconstructed. Rod and screws. Was no weight bearing for 4 months and wore a big ole surgical boot. At this point ok. Well the doc worked me into an Arizona brace. Well after about three days my knee started hurting me. Sent doc a message and he sent me to guy that works with the Arizona brace. Went back to him first of week and he says nothing wrong with brace. So I call my regular doc and he does knee X-ray. That also comes out ok. Go home put hot&icy on and take prednisone. But my knee just kills at times and one to tolerate quite a bit of pain. I’ve never had knee pain in my life. Had an old friend that use to use some sort of horse liniment on his knees and swore by it.However he has since past. I’m not a horse man so does anyone know what the name might be or has anyone had good luck on themselves with horse liniment. Thanks | |
