Not saying the Serpent will control slugs, just saying no tilling into green moist cool conditions will cause us slug problems. Serpent is just what Small has in the burn down formula. Like you said, Serpent is also added when applying fungicide for bugs and the like… Cheap from what I understand…


Makes sense --I read too much in to what you said
-slugs have been quite the trouble on our NT CC soybeans haven't used slug bait yet
All corn this year BUT think we'll be using some kind of slug control next time we plant soybeans
tillage doesn't control slugs and even if it did costs more to run a tillage tool than slug bait costs I've been told
Soybeans just need to plant early and get a stand IMO--
when planting SB I like to just pull the planter and spray cheap and easy
