I have been on blood pressure medicine since my early 40s and I will be 69 in a few months. I have seen readings like yours before, get it under control, mine wasn't soon enough and it caused damage to my kidneys. I now have kidney disease and have worry about that the rest of my life. I have also never drank or did drugs, I guess farming was enough stress to cause high blood pressure.
