Texas | Doc said with the other changes I have made I might get off the meds .
He’s pretty convinced my large beer consumption elevated mine . It might take up to a year to return to normal.
Just something that might be useful for you fellows that have high BP and drink too .
I will drink 2 Dr peppers a day now. 12 oz . Still no coffee or beer .
I’m running in the 120-130”s / 75-90”s on lisonopril 10mg
Keeping a log of it in a notebook for a month them go back
To let him see it .
