Train them to pail drink and save some hassle.
Put a couple quarts in a pail, pin the calf between your legs just behind their fronts, get them sucking on your fingers and dunk them into the milk. First one will be a sputtering mess, but a Few applications of that and they'll just walk up and drink. Pails are a lot less work to clean then stinking bottles.
