South Central Illinois

8 1/2” of rain in the last 5 weeks.
Going to be 10 days before we can start planting.
We applied half of the soybean residuals a week ago.
We applied these without a burn down Herbicide.
The Waterhemp is up now,
At least the first flush is,
Need to finish up applying the residue herbicides prior to planting soybeans,
Pretty sure we will run with 2-4D when we finish up the residual Herbicides.
These are E3 soybeans,
What is the maximum rate of 2-4D preplant for the E3 system?
