Take and open breather hole in nipple up a little more, use a syringe needle works to ream breather hole out more. You can cut slits a little deeper but not much with newborns. Take and hold calf between your knees like a head catch. Then you can use two hands to feed calf. One holding under chin, the other on bottle. If calf won't eat much let them go till next feeding. Always use warm milk to start them.

When you have calf in your knees for first feeding that's a good time to give internasal vaccine to them. No harm in giving the first day. Vaccines like Inforce 3, TSV-2, etc.
