I would expect it out of moronic Holmes of course. I'm still waiting for anything sensible coming out of him.
When clippings are fresh and green they definitely are slippery. It's not asking too much to not blow them on pavement.
It could save a life or a crippling injury.
As far as seeing clippings and slowing down its often too late.
I guess I put more value on a human life than some of you.
And who knows maybe the biker is om his way to a Chiefs game.
