Guy here was turning out 6 bar panels 25 ft for $150. I doubt you could do that in Mexico and ship it to South Dakota for that. I am not sure where you are going to find labor for all the steel mfg you are dreaming of. The American birth rate is abysmal and still shrinking. A fact that is applauded by many.
