south central WI
I'm near Wisconsin Dells and have a dairy farm if you end up in this area and would like a tour. There's also many dairies in the Madison area strangely.

Some Wisconsin things to do:
Friday night fish fry. They're everywhere. Ask around for the best place to go. Most are pretty similar, just deep-fried fish from Sysco, but some really stand out.
Supper clubs: Get a nice prime rib on Saturday or a great steak most any other night. Same thing, ask around for the best one. Drink an old fashioned and end the night with a grasshopper or brandy alexander (if you drink).
Drink some spotted cow beer and bring some back to give to others.
Catch a Brewers game, or one of the many minor league games scattered around the state.
Go fishing. Take a charter boat on Lake Michigan or hit one of the thousands of lakes in the state.
Hit up same dive bars. Even an unincorporated town has a bar or 2, and usually some out in the country between the small towns.
Find some small town summer festivals or fairs.
It's a hike, but head to the west side of the state and tour the unglaciated areas, it's very scenic.
EAA air museum is in OshKosh.
In my general area, you can visit the house on the Rock, tour some frank Lloyd right houses, go in a cave at cave of the mounds. You might be able to tour the 8000+ dairy in Grand Marsh, they also have one near Rosendale (watch your speed in that town, 25 means 25!)
