Amherst WI
The entire idea of the Farm Credit system was to have a somewhat private enterprise that gets cheap money to lend from the government that is supposed to help these youngsters out, but their current purpose seems to be the complete opposite. Only way they will help young people more than just the napkins at the FFA banquet is if they have already won the ovarian lottery and can get someone to co-sign for them.

Other than being slow, asking for a lot of information on a yearly basis and their lending limits too low I don't have much for complaints about the FSA lending.

However, what everyone seems to not want to think about though is cheap interest from FSA might also be propping up these outrageous land values, if there wasn't that cheaper interest option to begin with would land be cheaper to buy, thus making the whole transaction take less funds at the end of the day anyway?
