There is a lot of dairy in the NE side of the state in Kewaunee County and if you want to see smaller farms you'd want to head to Clark county between Marshfield and Curtis there is a lot of Mennonite farms. Also the Marion and Caroline area has a lot of rolling hills with farms that is pretty scenic too.
