When I was starting out FSA was not an option even though I explored it. Cheaper interest on a land note would be awesome. Not only that their valuations are way off from reality. Farm credit is not much better to the young farmer either.
Maybe my next generation will be able to buy land with a low interest FSA loan. I am sure they have good intentions, but it needs to be reformed.
