It is a vocal minority that wants FSA and its programs eliminated.
You could still have a method for helping start ups get loans without the fsa. The banking side of fsa is kind of its own deal already anyway. We spend too much money, we need to quit. FSA is about government power and oversite more than it is about actual help to farmers. It is a tool for inflation in the farming community, or at least that is its net effect. |
