What if a deer ran out in the road and he lost control trying to avoid it? If he couldn't maintain control because of grass on the road then he was driving too fast, I'm not saying we should intentionally create a safety hazzard by blowing clippings on the road but bikers also need to take responsibility for their driving.
Deer is not the same kind of situation.
There’s no way to say if the motorcycle was too fast or not. Perhaps mowers should take responsibility for their clippings.
