The manufacturing process of prescription drugs is a very low level process, one can start a processing plant for prescription drug as fast as you can for fentanyl processing -- in like 10 hours once the drug is went through R&D. there currently are 4 or 5 ball bearings plants in the US you can get a ball bearing from any of them in 2 to 3 days.
