Center Valley Wisconsin | Grill year-round at the shop,,, good hamburger and steaks are cheaper than good deli meat.
So usually patty up a couple pounds of hamburger sometimes mixed with ground pork grill it and eat that for 3 days or so.
Broke the plastic Patty Maker,,,, had some 1/8 inch stainless laying here so made a heavy duty one. The smasher handle is heavy enough it almost does the work for you,,actually fun to use it,,,it works nice.
