His tariff comments on China was murky to me. "Bloomberg also reporting very early this morning that China is stealthily exempting about a quarter of US imports from the tariffs so China's got economic problems um they can't their businesses can't handle the tariffs I don't think so is this is this the beginning of the end to the US China trade war". Also Matt commented "also heard you know ethanol, supposedly they dropped the tariff on that as well coming in"
Not sure if China is dropping some of their tariffs hoping US will drop (or negotiate) as well, or China is quietly paying US tariffs to keep their economy going. More likely it is the former.
