| I picked around at some odds and ends. Quality was low overall. Price related quality was insanely high on most everything under 600 pounds. Came back to reality if over 600 pounds. Got a few feeding cows bought to market some feed through. I’m sitting on the sidelines on any significant number of feeder cattle at the moment. I can’t make them work at what they are bringing to make yearlings be able to price protect them in some way. I’m not in the camp of just buy them and need the feeder board to go up 15-20 cents to hedge off risk. | |
