Dry valor + dry metribuzin = too much dry carrier that turns to slime.    It doesn't really dissolve in water, its just in suspension.

Switch to liquid metribuzin and your problem will likely be gone.      Liquid MTZ costs just a little bit more but its worth it to not deal with the plugging headaches.

There's liquid Valor as well, but that costs quite a bit more than dry. I think the liquid is only available in branded product, not generic.
