ND		Reuters reported The US has expressed interest to start trade talks more than once and now China is evaluating those requests.


it doesn’t sound like they are negotiating only that they are evaluating the US desire to negotiate.

It doesn’t sound like the US is in a position of strength. I think the affects of the tariffs on the US economy will lag the affects on Chinas.
