I am reading articles from various sources that are saying that China is hinting at wanting to come to the bargaining table. So, your video may well have some validity. Even if China does come to the table, achieving any substantive agreement that has means for enforcement will be extremely difficult. I have no doubt some sort of agreement will be reached at some point but I just fear that it will be all fluff and achieve little in the way of helping the US. We shall see. | |
