they sprinkled some magic pixie dust on the back end :-)
The engineer i spoke w/ said there was an issue where my displayed tried communicating in an odd manor and basically sounded to me like it was getting blocked by a firewall. It felt very networkish to me. However, it was 100% a back-end problem.
