Southeast WI | That's not outlandish pricing by any means. We paid that several years ago for our fair cooking at our agribiz stand. We serve 5 oz cuts for sandwiches. The double ribeye for $18 made us gulp but we had to charge that. The young boys with the truck and tractor pull crowd gobbled them up anyway as opposed to them eating normal fair food off the midway.
We played around with a tenderloin cut, it's good but certainly not a thin cut quickly seared ribeye! I like your quality approach in your business. | |
