South Central NE | Were you banged around in the accident? I know of 2 parties who were involved in wrecks and found out later that they had frontal lobe dementia because of the accidents. Neither of them thought they had any injuries at all. One party had sued for unspecified damages going forward so the other party is on the hook for damages. The other party was the victim of a hit and run collision. They don't even know who the other party is.
My first move would be to get my insurance company involved. Second would be get a lawyer. Third would be get off of social media. You may have totally different ideas but those are mine after my friends and neighbors experiences. | |
