NEMO | A few things to take into consideration would be the symplicity of the older truck compared to a new one. They put to much tech crap on them that are not necessary to pump water. Handle pulls linkage that opens valves compared to electric valves. Your old will not have all the emissions crap and I have heard good and bad out of that. If you are trying to raise your fire rating, a newer truck would help in that aspect. Eventually you will need to upgrade though and you can pay more now or a lot more later. Just some things to ponder. | |
