Have also heard it on here but have not experienced it as far as I know because the only time I have taken it is when I have a tick on me. I usually take it two days in a row with a bite. Does it help or do anything? Danged if I know. But so far so good. No Lyme that I know of. Probably the placebo effect again. Hasn't killed me yet.
