| This article says they were told 4 years ago NO irrigation system and decided to tell teh land owner to go to #3ll and did it anyway.

seems that this all blew up when the surveyors ( which Maudes agree to allow ) showed up, the first question that comes to mind is was a threat made. My guess is yes , and because they were being charged as two separate individuals, most likely both made threats of different degrees. but since nobody has put any info out about that, one can only speculate. this things had been negotiated for many years by Forest service as a civil matter why the blow up and then treat them as dangerous personal?
again they were told more than once you can not make these irrigation and land use changes and decided they were entitled to them. | |
