it wasn't worth the extra time and feed to piss with selling 1/2's with the market where it is
It's nice to see the cattle prices up but it's definitely getting more and more difficult to sell 1/2's and wholes to individuals. The family of 4 or 5 that can use that much meat don't have that much money laying around and the old retired couple that can afford it don't eat enough to go through 400-800 pounds of beef |
