S.E. Sask. | Sidelined by one small part. My 84 Mustang won't be moving far until I can find a very hard to find part. The little coolant bypass hose at the water pump blew out a couple of days ago and I'm having no luck at all finding a new one. Seems to me there were a lot of these 3.8 (232) V6 engines used in various Fords over the years and I thought there would still be some "NOS" parts out there. Even Amazon says not available. Rock auto, Napa, nothing. Might have to macgyver up some kind of plumbing with 5/8ths heater hose if all else fails. Some video of it here.
