Northwest Missouri | I used to deliver to a local locker weekly for years. Every week just terrible looking stuff but even the locker would buy the absolute cheapest junk through the sale barn to sell in their retail store at premium prices. Not just one locker either, tried selling fats to another place and they didn’t want anything over 1250 live weight cause it wasted too much fat. A professional butcher had that opinion. | |
