| Well one of two parties own that land either the government or the Maude family.
If its the Maude family why did they offer to buy it in 1950 ?
Do I think this is the way it should have been handled, Most likely NO but then, when you lease grazing land then change it to crop land, and put a irrigation system on it, you have to know you have done something you have no right to do.
To paint these people as victims is crazy. but yea im sure you will give 40 acres of your land to them because they get the kids together and take a picture out in your field.
