East Central SD | This has never made much sense. I get there could be a rogue employee or 2 but how it got elevated and then once elevated why would no one step in from a higher level and put a stop to it? Why did it take a change of administration? Seems like Thune and Rounds should have been able to get it stopped? Would love to hear what kind of resistance they ran into. | |
