I had an apprenticeship I went through and I would have to take several classes a year up at Edinburgh, IN. Me and the two other guys almost always went and ate at the same Montana Mikes steakhouse across the road from the hotel…We almost always ALL ordered the New York strip… Seems as if it was perfect almost every time. Favorite cut!
