Looks like what is left is mainly just the stems? By late summer will they be all gone or will you still have a little ground cover left prior to corn harvest?
Can't even see it had hog manure applied but the no-till applicators are getting better than what they used to have. Most here are still the covering disk style but some went with a less aggressive coulter type that looks more like strip till in the fall. I think those would work alright for fall manure and planting in the spring even though the strips wouldn't match up.
