Disaster portion for 2 years. Thus 10 billion/ yr. Also if one had 200 bu aph and only harvested 150bu=75% level and recieved 30 bu/ acre disaster payment= brings up to 90%.And then that times $4=?? Equals $120/acre x 2 years= $240/acre = leaves me questioning if 20 billion enough money.
