cropsey, il 61731		So if I didn't have a disaster (except for some marketing) or my county wasn't declared disaster, I don't get a check????? How is that fair?


I'm kidding of course, but it worked with W's tax refund - if you pay taxes, you get a check except that wasn't fair somehow.
