If you look at OP's post closely, you'll see 'Chairman' and 'Director' given as titles.
These guys were the ones overseeing themselves. 'Yup, that looks legit!"
PBFC has been running a long time, and has been dealing honourably for 40 years. There wasn't even a rumour around here that it was corrupt.
