I can never get high protein wheat . Our wheat ends to make bushels versus protein. Only time  was when we planted wheat on some long term corn ground that borderd my irrigated corn and had a lot of excess carryover N.I had the same variety on bottom ground that was no over  fertilized and was low protein. Please post what your experiments show.
