| I can’t duplicate the issue you are having with selecting multiple guidance lines in the tree, and suddenly all of them being removed. If you Crtl click, you should be able to select all the duplicates you are working with, and delete branch, and it will prompt you for each line, but shouldn’t remove them all, unless you had the Instance-1 branch also selected by accident.
If you need to re-create any guidance lines, you can generate new lines from a tool in the guidance editor based on a previous logged map like planting. Create a planting map, and go to the New Guidance Layer editor. On the right side you will have the option to Create Guidance, and in there you will select the 3rd option for selecting based on a logged pass. The 2nd dialog of this screen will show a map of the whole field and you can use the Crtl key and select the passes that you need to re-create. (Note, if there is a break in coverage due to a waterway, you need to select all segments of the pass). After you have selected all the passes, you will finish and get back to the Editor. Here you can select each pass, and edit the name on the left side of the screen. If you have passes that were broken by a waterway, you can select 2 segments and there will be an option to merge on the right panel. You can do this as often as needed till you have a complete pass. After you have named everything, you can save to your management tree, and export using device setup to your display.
