Southeast Colorado | I realize it's not concrete info.............but there's been a couple of pretty good farm publication links posted here that covered this upcoming program. I don't remember anything about the disaster designation..........but it's supposed to work like the old SURE program where it just bumps your coverage levels up into the 90% range on your regular govt crop insurance program.
