Callao Missouri | Anything worth doing, is Worth doing right. Feed that calf to 13-1500 lbs. I haul several fats to local butcher shops doing the freezer beef thing also. I have seen some of the most embarrassing under fed critters there. Its un believable, last trip was a hog thats head was wider than its torso. I said something about it to the butcher. His comment was "its still intact male also" he said i tried to get them to take it back home.
This kind of activity is why we get stories of meat being no good from various butcher shops. | |
