I charge 3.75 hanging, delivered to the locker. They tell them how they want it cut, pay for processing, and pick up the meat. Some people are required to make a deposit before I’ll get a locker date for them.
If they want it taken to a different locker that’s ok within reason. Usually when I drop them off I ask them to text me hanging weights.
This is similar to what I've been doing, this year it looks like it might be $4 a pound hanging though. Usually hang 775 to 900#. |
