There are two ways to stop a novel virus.
1 - A real lockdown longer than the incubation and illness period of the virus. Enforced with bullets.
2 - A real 99+% effective vaccine that stops the virus dead in its tracks.
We had neither. A "lockdown" isnt taking some of the "essential" cattle to the sale barn if there is a novel virus in the neighborhood. Every new infection increases the chance of a mutation. | |
